Amanda Todd Legacy Society
Founded by Carol Todd in memory of her daughter; advocates on cyberbullying, exploitation, online safety, and youth mental health.
Visit website →In Canada, we have safety rules for almost everything our children touch: the cars they ride in, the food they eat, the medicine they take, and the toys they play with, but almost none for the digital platforms where they spend hours every day.
Our goal
With Bill C-34 now before Parliament, our focus is on strengthening it and getting it passed, then turning our focus to the hard work of implementation.

The internet has extraordinary value for young people: learning, creating, finding community, being heard. We oppose a system where powerful companies profit from children’s attention while taking little responsibility for their safety.
The coalition
We bring together the clinicians who treat the harm, the organisations that protect children from exploitation, the networks that shape child health policy, and the families who have lived the consequences.
Each coalition partner contributes their expertise, evidence, and reach. We all share the goal of passing Bill C-34, yet we each speak in our own voice and bring our own perspectives to the table.
